Our sponsor is testing a blood test for the detection of cancer. You may be eligible to take part in this study if you:

• Male or Female ages 50 to 80 years old at high risk for development of lung cancer

• Willing to under go LDCT screening within 90 days from enrollment date

• Male or Female ages 45-85 years old at high risk for colorectal cancer

• Willing to undergo optical colonoscopy within 90 days from enrollment date
