OUR TEAM

Antoinette Belton, MS
Founder|Chief Clinical Officer
Born in Beaufort, South Carolina, Antoinette Belton is a visionary leader and passionate advocate for equitable healthcare access. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Regional Economic Development from Georgia Southern University (2007) and a Master of Science in Clinical Research Administration from Walden University (2013).
In 2013, Antoinette took a bold step by founding her own medical research company, driven by a desire to address a critical gap in the healthcare system: the underrepresentation of racial and ethnic minorities in clinical trials. Understanding that this disparity is rooted in both lack of access and longstanding mistrust in the medical system, she established Biocentric Health Research Center to create a trusted, community-based environment where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered to participate in advancing medicine.
As Chief Clinical Officer, Antoinette leads with a rare blend of clinical expertise, strategic business insight, and deep empathy. Her work sits at the intersection of medicine and economic development, bringing innovative research opportunities to historically underserved communities while advancing inclusive, impactful science.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Antoinette enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and four children. She remains committed to building a legacy of trust, empowerment, and transformation in healthcare—one clinical trial at a time.
